Tour Itinerary Details:

Day 1: Shimla Arrival

After pick up from Chandigarh airport/ Railway station, begin your wonderful vacation to Himachal starting from Shimla. Shimla is widely renowned as the Queen of Hills, due to its flattering sceneries and colonial heritage which has retained charm from the British Indian era. Reach Shimla within 4 hours and complete the check-in formalities at the hotel. Stay overnight in Shimla.

Day 2: Shimla Sightseeing

Meet and greet our tour representative and transfer you to the hotel. After rest & freshen up cover Jakhu Temple, Vice Regal Lodge, Mall Road, etc. The Ridge offers panoramic views of the mountains, and Mall Road is lined up with shops and cafes. The Jakhoo Temple is dedicated to Lord Hanuman, sits atop Jakhoo Hill, the highest point in Shimla. Christ Church is an iconic landmark, boasting stained glass windows. Stay overnight in Shimla.

Day 3: Discovering Shimla

Today, after breakfast have an excursion trip to Kufri. A beautiful nearby hamlet, Kufri is perfect for skiing and snow activities. Shimla’s natural beauty and heritage make it a delightful destination. Stay overnight in Shimla.

Day 4: Sarahan Transfer

Today, post breakfast take a drive from Shimla to Sarahan via Kufri, Theog, Fagu, Narkanda, Rampur. Take lunch on the way take a halt in Rampur. Arrive in Sarahan & check in to your hotel. Sarahan offers a breathtaking view of Srikhan Mahadev Peak and is famous for the 800-year-old Bhimkali Temple, one of the best examples of Hill architecture. Enjoy the scenic views of Shrikhand Peaks in the evening. After getting freshen up, visit Bhimkali Temple – one of the 51 Shakti peeth. Attend the evening aarti ceremony and other attractions. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 5: Sangla Transfer

After morning breakfast, attend aarti at Bhimkali Temple. Your journey from here will take you to another spectacular destination in the middle of the Himalayas, which is also known as Baspa Valley – the Prettiest valley in Himachal. Arrive in Sangla and check into your hotel. Post lunch, take a rest in the hotel and stay overnight.

Day 6: Chitkul Transfer

In the morning, after breakfast explore Chitkul Village. The village is the last inhabited village near the Indo-Tibet border located around 20 kms away from Sangla. This village lies on the bank of the River Baspa. The most famous attraction of this village is the temple of the local goddess “Chitkul Maathi” also known as Mata Devi. Stay overnight in the hotel.

Day 7: Kalpa Transfer

Post breakfast, check out from the hotel and take a drive to Kalpa-district Headquarters of Kinnaur & once a hot-favorite haunt of Lord Dalhousie. Arrive in Kalpa and check into the hotel. Kalpa was known as Chini back in the days when it was the regional capital. Kalpa has changed little in the last 500 years. It’s believed that when Lord Dalhousie wanted to take a break from the hectic lifestyle. Every nook and cranny of the Kalpa face Jorkanden & the Kinner Kailash Peaks, is considered as one of the mythical homes of Lord Shiva. Post lunch, take a rest in the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 8: Kalpa Sightseeing Tour

After breakfast, we’ll head to the Kalpa Village and the nearby Roghi village. These are covered with thick pine forests and are famous for apricots and apples. The finest view of the MT. Kinner Kailash Mountain (6000) meters can be covered from here. This place offers a spectacular view in the morning as the rising sun touches the snowy peaks with crimson and gold light.

Kalpa is located at an altitude of 2759 m from the sea level, on the old Hindustan Tibet Road around 260 kms away. Earlier it was the District Headquarter of Kinnaur, 14 kms away. It has the characteristics of a heritage village. Stay overnight in Kalpa.

Day 9: Nako Transfer

In the morning after breakfast, check out from Kalpa hotel & drive to Nako. On the way, take a halt at Nako Lake – Kinnaur’s most scenic hamlets. Nako is slated to be declared a heritage village built around a small lake & has an important Buddhist Gompa & small temple. Stay overnight in Nako.

Day 10: Tabo Transfer

This morning, partake in the morning prayers. Tabo Monastery was built in 996 AD, not just in Spiti but in the whole of the Tibetan Buddhist World is called Chogs – Khor. It is a complex that holds 9 temples, 23 chortens, a monk’s Chamber & an extension that houses the Nun’s Chamber. On the sheer cliff face above the enclave are a series of caves, used as dwellings by the monks and including an Assembly Hall. Stay overnight in Tabo.

Day 11: Kaza Transfer

After breakfast, take a drive to Kaza – the Capital of Spiti Valley. On the way, visit Dhankar Gompa, the traditional capital of Spiti, which sits pretty on a hilltop. The hilltop fort overlooks the Spiti Valley also used to serve as a Jail in the old days. Today, more than 160 Lamas reside within here. A statue of Dhyan Buddha where four complete figures of Buddha sit is the main attraction of this more than 7th-century old monastery. Arrive at Kaza and check into the hotel and stay overnight.

Day 12: Chandertal Transfer

Post breakfast, head to Kunzum Pass, one of the highest motorable passes across the Kunzum range at an altitude of 4551 m. It serves as an entrance pass to the Spiti Valley from Lahaul. Goddess Kunjum resides within a temple on the Kunzum top and keeps guard over the past. Stay overnight in the camp.

Day 13: Manali Transfer via Rohtang Pass

Next day after breakfast, head to the Chandra Tal, located at an altitude of about 4300 meters in the Himalayas. Travellers normally do a round around the temple to seek blessings. Afternoon moves to Manali, on the way visit Rohtang Pass, Rani Nala, Marhi, Waterfalls, Gulaba, Kothi, Palchan, Nehru Kundh. Stay overnight in Manali.

Day 14: Manali Sightseeing

After breakfast, drive to Kullu to enjoy thrilling River Rafting visit the famous Pashmina Shawl Factory and discover the local market. Afterward, proceed to Manikaran, and on the way visit the Vaishno Devi Temple. Manikaran is an important pilgrimage site as it offers religious Ram temples and impressive Gurudwara. Stay overnight in Manali.

Day 15: Departure

Post morning breakfast take a drive from Delhi. In the evening, take a drop at Chandigarh railway station/airport.
