Day 1: Arrival in Sarahan
Begin your journey from Shimla to Sarahan which is around 5 to 6 hours away. On reaching Sarahan, visit the Bhimakali Temple, a significant religious site dedicated to the goddess Bhimakali. Explore the small village of Sarahan, known for its scenic beauty and stunning views of the Shrikhand Mahadev Peak. Day 2: Kalpa Transfer
Today, take a drive from Sarahan to Kalpa which is around 6 to 7 hours drive away. On the way, visit the Karcham Dam and the confluence of the Satluj and Baspa Rivers. Explore the Reckong Peo Market and the district headquarters of Kinnaur. Reach Kalpa, famous for its apple orchards and breathtaking views of the Kinnaur Kailash range.
