Tour Itinerary Details:
Day 1: Dehradun to Rudraprayag
On your early arrival in Dehradun, you will meet our tour representative who will accompany you with further transfers on this journey. Begin the journey to Rudraprayag from Dehradun early as this will be a long drive. Because of the well-developed road connectivity, it will become easy for you to enjoy the journey.
On the way take a halt at Devprayag and Srinagar. Once you reach Rudraprayag, complete the check-in formalities at the hotel. You can use the evening to discover this pretty town that lies on the confluence of the Alaknanda and Mandakini rivers. It is also one of the Panch Prayags or five confluences of the Alaknanda River. Stay overnight in Rudraprayag.
Day 2: Kedarnath Dham Visit
The next morning get ready after breakfast to visit the Rudranath Temple and the confluence of Alaknanda and Mandakini rivers. Then start your drive to Gauri Kund around 40 kms away. Once you reach there start a 14 kms trek to Kedarnath dham. You can also choose to ride a palanquin or a pony. Once in Kedarnath, check into the hotel. In the evening, visit Kedarnath Temple and enjoy the aarti ceremony.
Day 3: Kedarnath to Rudraprayag
After breakfast, head back to Gauri Kund. The trek takes less time on the way down. Once you reach Gauri Kund, start the drive back to Rurdraprayag via Guptkashi. Once you are here, check into the hotel and stay overnight.
Day 4: Badrinath Transfer
After breakfast hit the road towards Badrinath. It is around 33 kms, stop at Karnaprayag, the confluence of the Alaknanda and Pindar rivers. Next, you can take a stop at Nandprayag around 20 kms away where the Mandakini and Alaknanda Rivers meet. They both look very beautiful, so spend some time in these two towns. After an hour of being on the way, you can halt at the scenic Pipalkoti town for lunch.
From here Badrinath is 75 kms away and on the way, you can visit Narsingh Temple in Joshimath, where Lord Vishnu is the presiding deity. The temple is worshiped and the Badrinath temple remains inaccessible in winter due to snowfall.
Next, take a halt in Joshimath which is said to have been built by sage Adi Shankaracharya. One of the sacred Sapta Badris, the seven temples of Lord Vishnu in Uttarakhand. In the evening visit Badrinath Temple, and enjoy the arti.
Day 5: Badrinath to Rudraprayag
Early in the morning, after a dip in the sacred Tapt Kund, visit the Badrinath Temple. Return to the hotel for breakfast and then you can leave for the quaint Mana Village. Explore the Badrinath town and then start back to Rudraprayag. On the way, it is around 120 kms, take a stop at Vishnuprayag, the confluence of Alaknanda and Dhaulinga rivers. Stay overnight in Rudraprayag.
Day 6: Rudraprayag to Haridwar Transfer & Departure
You can leave for Haridwar a little late after enjoying a relaxing breakfast. Take a halt at Rishikesh and explore the town. At Haridwar, go around the city. The tour ends here with lots of memories.
