Tour Itinerary Details:
Day 1: Delhi Arrival & Sightseeing
Today upon your arrival in Delhi, you will meet our escorting tour manager who will accompany you to the hotel for check-in. After completing the check-in formalities, relax sometime.
Later, get ready to explore Delhi for the remaining day. In this, you can embark on a visit to Red Fort, Qutub Minar, Jama Masjid, and Humayun’s Tomb. Once you are done exploring these attractions, take a drive to India Gate at last and then return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 2: Same Day Agra Tour
On the second day of this tour, you will be proceeding for a day trip to Agra by car. So, get ready early and meet the driver to continue for a drive to Agra. On reaching the city, firstly visit the architectural masterpiece of the Mughal era - the Taj Mahal. This is one of the Seven Wonders of the World and a UNESCO World Heritage Site too. The marble mausoleum was built in the memory of Mumtaz Mahal by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan. This is the symbol of their eternal love and there’s no other masterpiece built ever again in the world.
Afterward, visit the Agra Fort at the banks of the Yamuna River. Close to the Taj Mahal stands a 16th-century Mughal fortress in red sandstone also known as Lal Qila of Agra. Next, visit the Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daulah also known as “Baby Taj” as it resembles the architecture of the Taj Mahal. After a sightseeing tour of Agra, take a drive back to Delhi and stay overnight in the hotel.
Day 3: Shimla Transfer
The 3rd day of this trip will take you to Shimla - the Queen of Hill Stations. After morning breakfast, check out from the hotel and board a suitable bus for Shimla to enjoy a journey through the scenic ghat roads.
Once you arrive in Shimla, check in to the hotel and rest for some time. If time and energy permit, take a leisure walk around the local markets and shop for traditional items. You can buy souvenirs from the colorful shops on Mall Road. Later, return to the hotel for a good night's sleep.
Day 4: Kufri Excursion
Kick start the day with a hearty breakfast at the hotel and head out for a local sightseeing tour of Shimla with an excursion to Kufri. At first, you will trek to the top of Jakhoo hill to visit the ancient temple devoted to Lord Hanuman. Then visit Ridge road located at the heart of Shimla which is a large space where all the cultural activities are hosted. Next, you will visit the Christ Church which is a parish in the Diocese of Amritsar.
Afterward, you will be proceeding towards Kufri which passes through the stunning Hasan Valley and is known for its scenic beauty and soothing weather. Visit the Himalayan Zoo which is a home to rich wildlife like Felines, Antelope, and other birds including Monal. Later, return back to the hotel for an overnight stay in Shimla.
Day 5: Manali Transfer via Kullu
Begin day 5 of this tour with a wholesome breakfast and get ready to leave for Manali. On the way to Manali, pass through Kullu which is a beautiful paradise for nature lovers. There you will be visiting the Himalayan National Park and the religious Raghunath Temple. Explore some other famous temples and attractions in Kullu before continuing a drive to Manali. On reaching Manali, check in to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 6: Solang Valley and Manali Sightseeing
After a delicious breakfast in the hotel, get ready for an ultimate day out in Manali. Meet the driver outside and embark on a journey to the beautiful Solang Valley where you can partake in many adventure activities like Zorbing, Paragliding, and a lot more.
After spending a great time at Solang Valley, drive back to Manali and visit the Tibetan Monastery and Jagatsukh - a small village housing old Shikara-style temples. Next visit the Vashisht Kund which is widely famous for its hot water sulphur spring and is believed to cure all diseases. Then embark on a visit to Hadimba Devi Temple which is an ancient temple dated around 450 years old. The religious shrine is dedicated to Hadimba Devi wife of one of the Pandava brothers Bhim. Later return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 7: Rohtang Pass Excursion
Post breakfast get ready early to enjoy a wonderful drive to Rohtang Pass (closed on Tuesdays). Drive past through the scenic glacier peaks, Lahaul Valley, and Chandra River. The twin peak of Geypan is also visible from Rohtang Pass. This place is beautifully covered with snow all around the year and lying at an elevation of 3978m, it offers breathtaking views of the Himalayas. You can enjoy snow sports like skiing and other activities at an additional cost. After spending a good time here, return to the hotel for dinner and good night's sleep.
Day 8: Delhi Transfer & Departure
After a sound sleep, wake up and relish a delicious breakfast. Pack your belongings and get ready to bid goodbye to Manali. Begin a journey back to Delhi by boarding a bus on time and once you arrive in Delhi, the journey marks the end of this trip with a bag full of memories and joyful moments.
